I have had the honor of photographing this lovely family for the past several years. And this year my friend asked me to create a photo book that she could give to her mom for Mother’s Day. It is a compilation of the various images we have captured over the years and is a great way to showcase and document how her kids have grown and changed.
Putting it together was like taking a walk down memory lane for me. I remember the fancy red dress that A wore and how the siblings walked hand in hand on our very first photo shoot. Over the years their smiles may have changed by the number of teeth missing but essentially they all have the same grin. They are a terrific bunch of kids and I am thrilled that I have had the chance to capture their story.
I realize, some of you may be new clients and we may not have a history of photos to choose from to create your book. But what I think is just as great, is taking those images and putting them in a book format that you can flip through and enjoy. For even that one day where you all dressed up to smile for the camera tells a story worth documenting.
