Tulips | 7 on 7 March

It’s been awhile since I photographed something just for the sake of the process.  For awhile, I was doing some still life photography but then it fell to the wayside. As I was trying to decide what to post for this month’s 7 on 7 blog circle, I noticed my dying tulips. Rather than pitch them, I decided to spend a little time photographing them.  I love tulips and this orangey-red color and despite some of them being nearly petal-less, I thought they were photo worthy.   After you’ve tip-toed through these tulips (I couldn’t help myself), be sure to visit the beautiful photos from Jenny.
